I got a question for the Shenandoah tournament participants. In the first scenario, the Kernsville objective hex: what does the Value = 2/7 mean? How does that translate into objective points?

Hi Ed
Whoever occupies this hex the other side loses those VP's each turn. For Rebs its only 2 I think for yanks its 7 a turn once and if the Rebs have the hex.
