David,
No worries, health and family are more important then our hobbies. Hope your health is doing well and same with your wife and children. One day they will be on their own so cherish the time you have with them now.

Re: Kudos to WDS
During the period units in the same 100 x 100 meters faced in different directions. Units that "refused flank" are a good example of this. Neither the Napoleonic Battles series now the ACW series allow for that and if anything the record of the 20th Maine at Gettysburg is a good example of a vetera...

Re: Question about evasion in WDS - Renaissance
Russell,
I did a search through the manual and I did not see anything about "evasion" and I also search the keyword "cavalry" and did not see anything either. I have never heard of any type of "evasion" in any of the series.

Vladimir, Thank you so much for such kind words! May God bless you and give you a peace and love beyond comprehension. I just started my first of twelve weeks of cardio therapy. I go three times a week. I am both excited and thankful for the progress I am making and have been making primary due to t...

Re: Kudos to WDS
I also welcome all the new changes and updates that WDS has been delivering across all the series. A lot of times publishers just move on and leave the game in the dustbin of history.

Mark, I am pretty sure the color of the text is hard coded.
As you can see in my mod the only thing you can change is the background colors

My mod covers all the titles.

Re: Modding Question
Oh, you'll notice in my counter mod I made them more like board war game counters, and there is a trick I use in Paint.Net which took me some time to figure out. I don't like the stock counters and the fade they use. But that is just me. Hopefully this screenshot illustrates the counter mod I use: h...

Re: Modding Question
Ed, Its a process. Not to be short but I started my PzC and MC modes back in December, I call it my board war game mode (more similar to SPI and GDW old board games). For both PzC and MC I use the general same color scheme for each side. I also altered the terrain graphics and hill height to suit my...
