In Need of Some Technical Advice, Please!

Cannot install the recently bought Republican Bayonets on the Rhine game.
As usually, the file goes to Downloads; then, when I try to run it I get the message: "The Windows installer service could not be accessed. The Windows installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel."
At the same time, all previously bought games' Windows installer packages run successfully.
I run Windows 7 version.
So, what I supposed to do?

If this does not solve the problem, I suggest you contact Bill Peters and request Rich Hamilton's email address. I am also running Windows 7 and did not have any problems with the installation of RBR. Best of luck
