Modern Campaigns

Post by Leigh Nielsen » 19 Nov 2020 02:26

Greetings TWS'ers,

As Al mentioned previously, the JTS Winter Sale is coming up in December. Although I am a WW2 tragic and have my hands full with PzC I was thinking about picking up a JTS Modern Campaign. Any fans of the series here? I was thinking Fulda Gap '85 or Middle East '67.

I enjoy Danube '85, Korea '85 and Middle East '67. They make a nice change from playing WW2 games. The Modern PzC games play at a faster pace which i enjoy.

I have Fulda Gap and also at looking to get Middle East 67. Fulda Gap has a different feel as you never have enough units to cover everywhere. There are a number of differences to the PzC series.

Danube 85 contains the monster "Bolt out of the blue" scenario, covering all germany from the baltic to austria.
Middle East is also nice.
