Thanks to Bill Peters, I would like to share some recently gained knowledge. Units that have the B designation following a unit's
movement allowance means"Boat Capability". In the Campaign Eylau-Friedland scenarios #5 Czarnowo and #9 Borokowo some French Infantry and Dragoons à Pied Pioneers have a movement allowance of 16B. This Boat Capability means that they can cross water hexes as if they were dry land.
This is the first time I have encountered this situation in over 10 years of playing John Tiller Napoleonic games and thought it worth sharing with TWS members.
Take care and stay healthy.

Re: Units with Boat Capability
Thanks, Bill.
Did Bill Peters also tell you about the suffix "U". It only applies to Prussian units and is the designation for Unterseeboots. They allow a unit to cross water like regular boats.
The only difference is that you never see them coming.

Your wonderful wit and sense of humor are much appreciated during these difficult days. I actually laughed out loud for the first time today.
Many thanks. Der Admiral "Khan".
